Free, Starter and Pro include an allowance of credits for each billing cycle. Credits are used when a translation runs, and the estimated usage is shown before you submit the job. Unlimited is not credit-metered.

Image translation usually uses 10 credits per image. The current rate is always shown before submission.

Paid-plan credits are granted when the subscription starts and refresh at the beginning of each successful billing cycle. Your account shows the current balance and renewal status.

Monthly allowances are tied to the current subscription cycle and do not automatically roll over unless the checkout or account page explicitly says otherwise.

Yes. Credits reserved for work that fails before completion are released automatically, so failed work is not treated as a completed translation.

Your current balance appears in the account area and translator workspace. The Pricing page also shows the allowance included with each monthly plan.

Card checkout is available for paid subscriptions. The payment page shows the methods currently available for your locale and currency before you confirm.

Yes. Starter, Pro and Unlimited are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. The Free plan has no recurring charge.

Yes. Signed-in customers can switch plans from the Pricing page. Any charge or credit adjustment is shown by the billing provider before the change is confirmed.

Yes. You can cancel from the Pricing page or billing portal. Renewal stops, while plan access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Contact support@imagetranslate.org for duplicate charges, failed payment captures or missing subscription benefits. Completed usage is generally not refundable, subject to applicable law.

PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP are supported. Each file can be up to 30 MB. You can drag, paste, or click to upload.

Yes. Upload up to 10 images, apply one set of languages, model, and font settings to the batch, then export finished results together as a ZIP file.

Yes. Text models use the original text position, size, and reading order as references so comics, UI screenshots, and documents stay aligned. Image models redraw text inside the picture while aiming to preserve the surrounding design.

You can browse the site without signing in. An account is required to run translations, save history, and buy credits. Sign in with Google or an email verification code.

Open Translation history from the account menu to preview, download, or manage previous jobs.

Use a clear image, set the correct source and target languages, and add a short prompt when brand names, product terms, or tone should stay consistent. You can compare the original and translated image before downloading.
