By using ImageTranslate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, upload images, or use the service.

ImageTranslate provides online image translation, including image upload, text recognition, target-language translation, layout preservation, batch processing, downloads, credit usage, and subscription management.

Some features depend on third-party models, cloud storage, email, and payment services. We keep improving the product, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

• You must provide a valid email address or use Google sign-in to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account, email, devices, and activity under your account.
• Contact support@imagetranslate.org promptly if you notice unauthorized access or a security issue.

You retain your rights to uploaded images, text, and related content. To provide the service, you grant ImageTranslate a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, display, download, and generate translated results.

You confirm that your uploads do not infringe others' rights and do not contain illegal, harmful, malicious, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content.

ImageTranslate may offer free allowances, monthly subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Credits are added after payment is completed.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Alipay and WeChat Pay may be available for Simplified Chinese. Pricing, credits, features, and billing methods may change and will be shown before purchase.

You may cancel a subscription through the payment provider or the account-related entry point. Cancellation usually stops future renewals, while benefits in the active billing period remain available under current product rules.

Used credits and completed or in-progress jobs are generally not refundable. For duplicate charges, failed-payment captures, or missing credits, contact support@imagetranslate.org so we can review the order and usage.

• Do not upload or process illegal, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not attack, scan, disrupt, bypass limits, abuse APIs, or use automation in ways that harm service stability.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the service to build an unauthorized competing product.

Image translation and layout results may be generated by AI or third-party models. Outputs can contain mistranslations, omissions, layout issues, or factual errors. Review results before using them in commercial publishing, printing, legal, medical, financial, or other important contexts.

The availability, processing speed, and output quality of third-party services may affect the ImageTranslate experience.

ImageTranslate's website, interface, brand, code, design, documentation, and service capabilities are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for unauthorized purposes without written permission.

The service is provided as is. We work to maintain service quality, but we do not promise that it will always be available, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every specific use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageTranslate is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the service fees you recently paid before the dispute.

We may update these Terms as the product, law, or operations change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

If you violate these Terms or create security, legal, or billing risk, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your account or service access.
