When you use ImageTranslate, we collect information needed to provide the service, including account email, display name, avatar, sign-in method, credits, and order status.

When you upload images for translation, we process the original image, translated image, job settings, target language, model choice, prompt, job status, error information, and necessary technical logs.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and may also use Alipay or WeChat Pay. We store order, subscription, credit delivery, and billing status, but we do not store full card numbers.

• Create and maintain your account, including email OTP, Google sign-in, and session management.
• Run image text recognition, translation, layout restoration, job records, history viewing, and result downloads.
• Calculate credit usage, grant credits, process one-time credit packs, and handle billing issues.
• Troubleshoot, protect security, prevent abuse, and improve product experience and service stability.

Uploaded images and translated results are used to complete the corresponding job and may be stored in cloud storage so you can view history, download again, or continue processing.

You should make sure you have the legal right to upload the content. To request deletion of your account, job records, or image files, contact support@imagetranslate.org.

To provide the full service, we may use image translation model providers, cloud storage, Stripe payments, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Resend email, Google sign-in, and avatar generation.

We only send third parties the information needed for the relevant function, such as image processing, payment confirmation, email verification, or sign-in authentication.

We use cookies or local storage to save login sessions, theme preferences, security state, and basic product settings. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may break some features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share uploaded content for cross-site advertising tracking.

We retain necessary data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, handle billing, and resolve disputes. Retention for job images and translated results may vary by plan, storage policy, and product configuration.

You may request deletion of your account or related data. Some records may need to be retained for a reasonable period for billing, risk control, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls, authentication, cloud storage permissions, and log auditing. No internet service can be perfectly secure, so please protect your account and email.

ImageTranslate is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we unintentionally collected a child's personal information, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

We may update this Policy as the product, law, or operations change. Material changes may be communicated through in-product notices, email, or page updates.
